The A32 Lug Wear Resistant Butterfly Valves is a high-performance, compact industrial fluid control solution engineered for demanding industrial applications. Featuring a precision-engineered concentric design where the valve stem aligns perfectly with the disc centerline, this valve ensures smooth operation and reliable sealing in low-to-medium pressure systems. Constructed with robust materials such as ductile iron, stainless steel, or specialty alloys, and paired with corrosion-resistant EPDM, NBR, or high-temperatureseals, it operates effectively across a temperature range of -20°C to 200°C, handling diverse media including water, steam, oils, and mild acidic/alkaline fluids.
 

Its space-saving wafer-style flange design simplifies installation and reduces pipeline complexity, making it ideal for space-constrained environments like municipal water supply, HVAC systems, food processing, and chemical plants. The lightweight structure, combined with low-torque operation, supports manual worm gear, pneumatic, or electric actuators for rapid response and precise flow control.
